How to Navigate RBJC
- If you haven’t been contacted about test results beyond time frame.
- If you haven’t been contacted about your disability / insurance paperwork beyond time frame.
- If you need a school / work note faxed or e-mailed. Please provide fax number.
- If you have a general question for the nurse / doctor.
- If you have questions about the time / date / location of your surgery.
- If you would like to schedule your surgery.
- If you would like to cancel your surgery.
- If you have general questions regarding your surgery.
- If you have questions about your surgery benefits.
You will receive an e-mail response by the end of the business day if your e-mail is received before 4pm.
- You can bring these forms in with you during your appointment, e-mail them, or fax them to your nurse’s direct fax number. Please do not leave these forms with anyone but your nurse.
- Your forms will be complete within 3-5 business days.
- Your nurse will contact you upon completion.
- Log-on to our website, www.rbjc.com, and access “Patient Services” to request a prescription refill.
- If you are unable to access our website, you may e-mail your nurse directly.
- Refills will be processed by the end of the business day if your request is received before 4pm.
- You will be contacted with your results within 48 business hours from the time of the test.
- Sometimes your doctor will require you to have a follow up appointment to go over your test results in person.
- You will receive a copy of your most current TWCC form during your appointment.
- Each time your TWCC form status changes your nurse will send it to your employer.
- Cast care instructions (pdf)

- Prescription refills
- Request your medical records. You can bring these forms in with you during your appointment, e-mail them, or fax them to your nurse’s direct fax number. Please do not leave these forms with anyone but your nurse.
