Richmond Bone and Joint Clinic is Excited to Announce the Addition of David Hildreth M.D., Expert in Upper Extremity Orthopedic Care On June 2, 2008.
Dr. David Hildreth is a leading orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand, wrist and elbow conditions. With over 20 years of experience, his work has contributed to advances in the treatment of small bone and joint conditions. He has mentored many of the medical community's brightest hand and upper extremity surgeons and earned much respect within the orthopedic community.
He became one of the first physicians in Houston to offer a new FDA-approved high-energy shockwave treatment for chronic tennis elbow when he opened the doors of the Tennis Elbow Institute in 2003.
He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences, where he received the Merck Scholastic Achievement Award. And he performed his orthopedic residency at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, where he became chief resident. He was a Christine Kleinert Fellow in Hand Surgery at the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky and an Amelia Brown Fellow in Reconstructive Microsurgery, Microsurgery Unit - Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Hildreth is Board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and has added Qualifications in Surgery of the Hand.
Dr. Hildreth will be practicing at Richmond Bone and Joint’s Richmond, and Sugar Land locations.
