InterACTION Physical Therapy offers a wellness program designed specifically for patients as an extension to our physical therapy services. The focus is to provide an outlet for patients to maintain a healthy lifestyle following discharge from their rehabilitation program.

Candidates for our wellness program must be:

• Independent with their exercises and do not require staff supervision.
• Members have access to all gym equipment.
• Members also have access to the locker room and showers but we do ask that you provide your own towels.
  
  

Therapy sessions will be in progress during the designated wellness hours and we ask that wellness members be courteous and observe patient priority with equipment, space, and therapist attention.

Monthly membership dues are $30. There is an initial registration fee of $50 applied to members who have been discharged from therapy over thirty days prior to their first wellness visit and members who have never attended therapy at our clinic.

The $50 registration fee covers a one on one refresher course, where patients are reminded of proper exercise techniques and proper machine usage for their specific ailments. This first visit must be made by appointment.

If you are a current physical therapy patient and wish to join the wellness program upon discharge, the initial registration fee will be waived, and you will not have to attend a refresher course.

Gym Wellness hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
